ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or purchasing from nextregime.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses the site.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
PRODUCTS & PRICING
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund. We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but monitor color calibration may vary. Slight variations in color are not grounds for a return.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm the order and process payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including orders we believe are fraudulent, in excess of reasonable quantities, or placed under false information. Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept major credit cards through our payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full card number.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs clearance delays, weather, or any other cause of delay outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, you must first contact the carrier. We will assist where we can but are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including but not limited to the Next Regime name, logo, product names, photography, copy, design, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Next Regime and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Next Regime's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Next Regime and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the site. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the bottom of this page.
